ORDER PROCESSING
The production team begins production thirty (30) minutes after receiving your order. And average production times vary according to the item ordered, usually between one (1) and five (5) days. And for large orders this might take a little longer.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Within the United Kingdom:
For Standard Delivery in the UK, most orders under 2kg are delivered using the Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service. This is generally delivered the next working day (including Saturdays) after production but infrequently it may be two (2) to five (5) days, and in rare situations up to fifteen (15) working days.
Whilst FedEx UK couriers are used for items over 2kg, that are bulky, or large i.e., over 60x40cm in size. This is also delivered the next working day after production dispatches the item but does not include Saturdays.
