RETURNS POLICY
It is our aim at daplace2shop.uk that you, our shopper, be happy with your purchase! As one hundred per cent, customer satisfaction is our goal. Resulting in a delighted buyer. Thus, if you are not satisfied with your order please contact us.
As all items sold here at daplace2shop.uk are produced on the demand by our suppliers, DTGUK, Clothes2Order and Contrado Imaging Ltd. Thus, we cannot accept returns unless the mistake is ours or the items are faulty.
And as it states on the Contrado.co.uk website, everything “…is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through…”
Also, before placing your order, please be careful to check the size information of any item of clothing desired. As our designs are produced on garments from different manufacturers and there is no such thing as a standard size. For example, a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ from a medium by Gildan. Thus, on every product page, there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Sizing information’ tab, just to the right of the product description.
This will provide you with the information you require to make a decision on the sizes you need to order that item in. Please, check body measurements if you need to rather than using the size range as it is more accurate. Once a garment has been purchased, we can only accept returns based on sizing issues if the product does not match the measurements in that item’s size information. If this is the case, please contact us where our customer service team will be happy to help.
We only acknowledge returned items if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded Delivery as this gives you proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products.
It is only when we receive the item in its original state, that we might replace or recommend a remedy for a faulty item.
Please note: the item must be in an unused condition.
The Returns Procedure
Whilst, we have a 30-day return policy, all concerns should be raised within 14 days of receiving your order, please use our contact form and provide your order number and a short summary along with pictures. This would enable you to return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
To return faulty goods you need to first contact Customer Services using the contact form. This enables us to liaise with our suppliers to discover how best to remedy the situation and serve you better. As well as inform you if your return is accepted, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

May we remind you to review the terms that you agreed to at the time of purchase. These are available at any time on our website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. And inform us within 14 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As stated above, we do not accept returns based on you ordering the wrong size! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
